Orders
You can shop Sugar Co. in-store or online! Visit us at our Haysor Great Bendlocations to shop in person with our team, or browse our collections online anytime. Simply select your size, add your favorite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your order. Once your purchase is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll get your order ready to ship. 🤍

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email hello@shopsugarco.com immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price (items going on sale and/or promotional codes) are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes or promotions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
If you're having trouble placing your order online, you can always call Customer Support at 785-259-6050 and we'll be happy to help either walk you through the ordering process, or process your order over the phone! Our stores also take phone orders and can ship your items out from their locations.
Shipping & Returns
We do not at this time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 24–48 hours of the order date. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.
During sales or promotions, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing due to increased order volume.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your package will arrive based on the carrier’s estimated delivery timeframe for the option you chose.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unworn merchandise may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the purchase date.
Due to our fast-moving inventory, we strictly adhere to this 15-day return window, and returns cannot be accepted after this timeframe.
In-store returns and exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged at one of our store locations for store credit or exchange within 15 days of purchase. To process in-store returns or exchanges, a customer account must be created at the time of purchase (name and phone number). This allows our team to locate your purchase and issue store credit or complete an exchange.
Additional Return Policy Details
- Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.
- All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return guidelines.

No, only one promo or coupon code may be used per order. Some coupon codes are only valid on certain products, and some are only valid on full-priced items, and the discount amount will be shown at checkout.
Yes! We offer both physical and digital gift cards.
Gift cards purchased in-store can be issued as either a physical gift card or a digital gift card. Gift cards purchased online are delivered digitally and will be sent to the recipient by email.
Digital gift cards make the perfect last-minute gift and can be used just like cash on future purchases with Sugar Co. 🤍
