Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to bring it back in store or request a return form of store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an E-Gift Card within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the return shipping should you opt out of Redo. We recommend obtaining tracking for your return shipment.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Please check your email for delivery. If you do not see it, check your junk or spam folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@shopsugarco.com.
Shipping
We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing during shipping. All purchases are shipped via USPS or UPS and include a tracking number. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, not including shipping time.
Orders
Once your order is complete, we cannot alter it in any way. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and orders cannot be canceled once placed. We also cannot edit a shipping address after an order is submitted. If you need to reroute your order, please reach out directly to the carrier:
In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at our ____, KS location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1–2 business days. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours:

Please bring your order confirmation email when you come in.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team inspects and logs all items before shipping. If we made an error, follow these steps:

Email hello@shopsugarco.com before wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Include your order number in the subject line and attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Include your full name in the email.
We will respond within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we do not offer direct online exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. We do not hold items for exchanges. Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive an E-Gift Card for your next purchase.
Refunds
Please allow 2–3 business days for your store credit to be processed from the time we receive your return (excluding weekends and holidays). Your credit will be emailed to the address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Keep your return tracking info for reference. If you haven’t received your credit within our stated time frame, email hello@shopsugarco.com with your order number in the subject line and your full name in the message.
We do not offer monetary refunds.
